Connection is the Joy in Desolation

It’s what matters most.

It’s what you miss most too. The fondest memories you have usually involve having a good time with other people. Heck, even difficult times can be remembered fondly if you suffered or had to go through trials of some sort with others.

What infuses the experience with power is being connected with those people. Emotionally having them on the same page, feeling what you’re feeling and getting a deeper understanding between you.

When you fall in love, any old place is magical.

If you weren’t able to connect with your parents when you were young, connect with them now, or at least try while maintaining your assertiveness.

It’s always about the people.

“A dream you dream alone is only a dream. A dream you dream together is reality.” ― John Lennon
