What was taken from your Childhood?

What was Taken from your ChildhoodSee Full Size

It’s important to take stock of what happened in your past. Making sure you try to really see what happened through your now, adult eyes. Getting a new interpretation of what happened. Perhaps it wasn’t as you thought? Or perhaps it was much worse and you don’t want to see.

You won’t change anything for the good until you decide to face what was and then take ownership of it now. I don’t mean that you were responsible for what happened then … you weren’t. But to take hold of it now gives you the power back and allows you to mold it in the way you need to so that you can heal in the present.

Not an easy thing but probably the most important thing you can do in your life.

Everything you want springs forth from first fixing your psyche.

“We are the great danger. Psyche is the great danger. How important is to know something about it, but we know nothing about it.” ― Carl Gustav Jung
